Miley Cyrus B.K.A. Hannah Montana has to be the biggest teen icon today. Her talented persona of Hannah Montana has catapulted her success to superstardom. Everything she touches turns to gold. In 2006 she became a star sensation or the Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana.

Miley’s interest in music began at a very early age. She was a singer/songwriter still in her pre-teen years. Her cheerful disposition and determination allowed her to put her skills in acting and music to work. In 2006 Hannah Montana debuted and became an immediate success for young viewers. Later on in October, a soundtrack CD was released. This soundtrack included Miley signing eight songs from the show and five related tracks. The ever popular duet with father Billy Ray was titled “I Learned from You” and included in the CD.

In 2007, the theme song for the show “The Best of Both Worlds” was released as a single. In the same year her second album was released ‘Hanna Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus. Instant success was the outcome for the releases. A role model for the teen and pre-teen fans, she became larger than life. Miley embarked into her “Best of Both Worlds” concert tour, in the late fall of 2007, which stretched out into the late part of 2008. Miley did not stop there. The concert film, “The Best of Both Worlds” was released in the Spring of 2008. By then Miley wanted individuality for Miley, not the character of Hannah Montana. She began working on her fully-fledged solo album as herself Miley Cyrus called Breakout.
